James R. Cooper
Bishop James R. Cooper is the Overseer and Co-Founder of the Free Temple Full Gospel Ministries, in located in Petersburg, Virginia and Oak City, North Carolina. A native of Wilson North Carolina, Bishop Cooper has preached the Gospel for over twenty years. God has blessed this humble yet powerful man of God with an anointed helpmate and co-laborer in the ministry, Pastor Dianne Cooper, who serves alongside him. Bishop and Pastor Cooper have been married for over twenty-one years.
Bishop Cooper received his basic ministerial foundation, while serving as a Deacon at Tabernacle of Prayer, Apopka Florida under the leadership of Bishop Ronnie Davis. God has also bless him to serve under the leadership of the late Apostle/Overseer T.L. Baylor, of Free Temple Ministries, Windsor North Carolina and presently under the awesome leadership of Apostle Lobias Murray, Full Gospel Holy Temple, Inc., Dallas Texas. Bishop Cooper is man of God with much wisdom, knowledge and understanding and is known as a great Teacher of the Gospel .
Bishop Cooper truly loves the Lord and desires to please Him. His daily devotion to God is evident to all that come in contact with him. Bishop Cooper still believes that “Holiness is still right” and living Holy is reflected in his lifestyle, conversation and character. As he operates in the office of the Bishop, he rules in power and strength; often imparting wisdom, knowledge and understanding of the word of God to all.
God has used His servant to bless many people. Bishop Cooper is the back-bone of the ministry. He serves as a true Ambassador of Jesus Christ and rules well. Bishop Cooper is always a willing and yielded vessel for the Master’s use. As the priest of the ministry, God uses him mightily with the evidence of miracles, signs and wonders being manifested in each service. It is his firm practice to flow with the Spirit of God and take control of the atmosphere by bringing every spirit under the subjection of the Holy Spirit. Bishop Cooper always declares that no spirit will rule in the service, except the Spirit of the True and Living God! |

Dianne Cooper
Pastor Dianne Cooper is the Shepherd and Visionary of the Free Temple Full Gospel Ministries, Incorporated located both in Petersburg, Virginia and Oak City North Carolina..
A native of Fremont North Carolina, Pastor Cooper has preached the Gospel for over thirty years. She received her basic foundation as a minister, while serving at St. James Disciples Church, under the leadership of Pastor W.H. Yelverton. God has blessed this powerful woman of God with an anointed helpmate and co-laborer in the ministry, Bishop James Cooper, who serves alongside her. Pastor and Bishop Cooper have been married for over twenty-one years.
God is so awesome; He continues to enlarge her coast. In October 2002, Pastor Cooper was blessed with the opportunity to minister in Cape Town South Africa as the guest of the Prime Minister. Pastor Cooper’s ministry is well known in Virginia, North Carolina and Florida. God has shaped and molded this vessel of honor as she served under the leadership of Bishop Ronnie Davis of Tabernacle of Prayer, Apopka Florida, the late Apostle/Overseer T.L. Baylor, of Free Temple Ministries, Windsor North Carolina and her present Apostle/Overseer, Lobias Murray, Full Gospel Holy Temple Inc., Dallas Texas.
